Recipe for Roasted Vegetable Bowl

This vegetable bowl, enhanced with sisotti’s special spices, brings an amazing flavor perfect for a healthy and light meal. Here's the recipe for preparing the roasted vegetable bowl:

Place the carrots, zucchini, and chickpeas in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and honey. Then, add the spices and toss everything until the vegetables are well-coated with seasoning.
Line a baking tray with non-stick paper and spread the vegetables evenly. Put the tray in a preheated oven at 200°C and roast for about 30 minutes until the vegetables are fully cooked. (Alternatively, you can use an air fryer at 200°C. Just ensure the vegetables are spread in a single layer so the air circulates around them properly.)
Once the vegetables are roasted, prepare a bowl by adding the veggies and any additional ingredients you like. Mix all the sauce ingredients and drizzle it over the bowl. Your roasted vegetable bowl is ready to serve!
